We seek to work with organisations led by like-minded individuals as our strategic partners, in pioneering solutions and launching innovative programmes; addressing the needs of identified groups and communities.

In order to maximize the impact and effectiveness of the programmes we sponsor, the Foundation has key areas of focus. By predominantly concentrating our efforts on childhood literacy and vision correction; including library and reading programmes for young children, education support for Hong Kong's ethnic minority communities, and providing universal eyecare to developing nations, we have built up a level of domain expertise that makes our Foundation a key resource for these issues.

To maximize the impact and effectiveness of each grant, the Foundation has developed a process, which is applied to all our grant-making activities.
